Born and raised in the vibrant community of Fort Myers, FL, Mark's journey in real estate began early on. After graduating from Cypress Lake High School, Mark pursued his passion for business at Edison Community College, where he earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration. During his time at ECC, Mark delved into the world of real estate through his work at Priscilla Murphy Realty, Inc. on Sanibel and Captiva Islands, igniting his fascination with the industry.

In 2002, Mark furthered his education at the prestigious University of Central Florida's College of Business Administration, specializing in Finance with a keen focus on real estate. His curriculum encompassed a comprehensive study of various facets within the realm of real estate, including Real Estate Law, Investment Analysis, Appraisal, and Finance.

Armed with knowledge and fueled by his passion, Mark returned to Fort Myers upon graduating from UCF to embark on his entrepreneurial journey. In 2003, he achieved licensure as a Florida Real Estate Broker, marking a pivotal moment in his career. In November of the same year, List In MLS Realty, LLC was born, with Mark assuming the role of owner and operating broker.
